About Zoe

Hi, I’m Zoe — I’m a Swiss-Canadian Technical Recruiter currently working at Aquila Data Enabler, a consulting firm specialized in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Alongside my role, I’m completing a Master’s degree in Data Science, which allows me to combine both technical understanding and human-focused recruitment. I work closely with consultants and clients on roles related to AI, cloud, data engineering, MLOps, and emerging technologies, helping connect innovative companies with the right talent. With an international background and experience working across different industries, I enjoy bridging the gap between business, technology, and people.

Before moving into tech recruitment and data, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and explored several entrepreneurial and creative projects along the way — including launching my own bikini brand. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in branding, communication, business strategy, and client relations, while also developing the adaptability and curiosity that continue to shape the way I work today.
